Yes, no surprise fees. Your quote, a 12% gratuity, and 8.25% sales tax are all itemized at checkout before you pay. The only time it changes is if your home is larger than what you entered or you add services, and we'll always tell you before charging anything extra.
It's already handled. A 12% gratuity is built into every booking and goes 100% to the cleaner(s) who do your home. You can adjust it (minimum 5%) in your account before your clean or within 24 hours after, and extra cash tips are always welcome.
Cancel or reschedule free with 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours, a 50% fee applies, which compensates the cleaner who held the time for you. On a recurring plan you can skip a visit free with 24 hours' notice.
Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked and trained to the Bluebonni standard, and we're fully bonded and insured.
We're fully bonded and insured. Report it and we'll investigate within 48 hours and make it right. You never deal with the insurance company, we handle the whole process. We do recommend securing irreplaceable or sentimental items beforehand.
Nope. Most customers leave access instructions at booking. We'll text you when the cleaner arrives and when they're done.
However you prefer: a key, a garage or door code, or lockbox instructions left at booking. We handle access details securely, and we lock up and reset your alarm when we leave.
